Our organization will help financially weak students to pursue technical and professional courses.

Our institute is an institute recognized by the Government of Bihar and the Central Government. Our institute helps the 10th pass, 12th pass and Graduate pass students to get higher education and technical professional education in the top colleges of Bihar and the country by providing them the support of welfare schemes run by the Government of Bihar and the Central Government for the bright future of the students. Through our institute, the economically weaker students of Bihar get higher education in technical and professional courses by giving them free admission with the help of our FBM Foundation. YSS Career Guidance and Education Career Guidance Office run by our FBM Foundation provides full support to the students in pursuing higher education by giving them appropriate advice as per their merit and capability through counselling under the guidance of senior career counsellors who have achieved expertise in technical and professional courses in India.

The objective of our founder and Chief Director, Shri Anay Kumar, is to identify and technically train 100,000 students in Bihar—specifically those who are economically disadvantaged and, due to a lack of funds, are compelled to abandon their studies midway to migrate from the state in search of livelihood. As Anay Kumar asserts, “Only when the youth are educated will Bihar progress.” Through this campaign—which has been ongoing since 2010—the FBM Foundation and the Kendriya Yuva Shakti Educational Trust have consistently organized programs and set up camps in rural and remote areas. Through these initiatives, they have been raising awareness among students, the general public, and elected representatives regarding the vital importance of technical and professional education. Hundreds of active members of the Foundation and the Trust are supporting him in this noble endeavor. Under this initiative, as of the end of December 2025, the Kendriya Yuva Shakti Educational Trust and the FBM Foundation have facilitated technical and professional education for a total of 12,053 students. Among these beneficiaries, thousands of students who were in dire economic straits were provided with free admission by the Foundation; furthermore, by securing financial assistance from both the Bihar State Government and the Central Government, the Foundation has successfully enabled these economically weaker students to complete their studies and has worked to help them secure both self-employment opportunities and regular jobs.

The Yss career guidance and Educational  Career Guidance initiatives—primarily managed by the FBM Foundation (a Section 8 company) and the Kendriya Yuva Shakti (Educational Trust)—are driven by a shared mission: to ensure that no student across the 38 districts of Bihar is forced to interrupt their studies midway due to financial hardship or poverty. To this end, our Foundation and Trust conduct continuous awareness campaigns. Furthermore, by forming dedicated teams comprising active and committed members affiliated with our Foundation, we regularly tour various districts and blocks across Bihar to identify economically disadvantaged students. Once identified, these students are brought under the Foundation’s fold and provided with technical and professional education, facilitated through a combination of government assistance and our own private suppo. Hundreds of members are working tirelessly—day and night—to help fulfill the vision of the organization’s Chief Director. Chief Director Anay Kumar has affirmed that he will not rest until the goal of enabling 100,000 students to attain higher, technical, and professional education is fully realized; this campaign will continue uninterrupted until our Mission is accomplished.

Yss Carrier Guidance—operated by the FBM Foundation, an organization recognized by the Government of India—has the primary objective of elevating Bihar to the ranks of the nation’s leading states. If today Bihar is at the lowest position in the list of leading states of India, then the main reason for this is the poverty of Bihar. Due to economic crisis, 80% of the population of Bihar is away from higher education. Due to this reason, 80% of the people of Bihar are not able to get technical and professional education, let alone completing their studies till 10th and 12th, it becomes very difficult for them. If Bihar is to be included in the list of developed states—and if it is to be liberated from the scourges of poverty, hunger, and mass migration—then Bihar and its people must, first and foremost, become educated. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar famously stated: “Education is the milk of the lioness; whoever drinks it is bound to roar.” However, times have changed, and the landscape of education has undergone significant transformations. Bihar, too, must now actively promote the kind of education—specifically technical and professional training—that is currently being imparted across the country and abroad. It is imperative to raise awareness among the people of Bihar regarding such educational opportunities and to facilitate their access to them. This constitutes the moral responsibility of every educated citizen, social worker, politician, public representative, and the Government of Bihar. Shri Anay Kumar, the Chief Director of our FBM Foundation, firmly believes—and his visionary outlook suggests—that if the 80% of Bihar’s population that is economically vulnerable is provided with access to technical and professional education alongside higher education, then within a mere five years, Bihar will be counted among the nation’s leading states. Furthermore, mass migration from Bihar will cease completely, and the state will embark on a path toward true prosperity.

Major Social and Political Activities:

1.Establishment of the Kanti Business Association (2010):

Formation of the Kanti Business Association on February 14, 2010, to protest against rising crime and administrative apathy in Kanti. 

2. Mass Movement (2011):

A major movement launched against issues related to the Kanti Thermal Power Plant, electricity shortages, and corruption in regional development. 

3. Kanti Development Struggle Committee (2011):

Formation and leadership of an organization dedicated to fighting for regional development and the rights of the public. 

4. Formation of a Workers’ Union (2012):

Establishment of a workers’ union to protect the rights of laborers at the Kanti Thermal Power Plant. 

Played a pivotal role in securing compensation for the families of deceased workers and in ensuring the implementation of various welfare schemes for laborers. 

5. International Labor Assistance (2015):

Led campaigns to secure the release of laborers who were held captive in Sri Lanka and Malaysia. 

6. Education and Land Reforms: Active protests and advocacy regarding the rights of the landless, the “Save Education” campaign, and access to healthcare services.

Struggle for the rights of journalists.
